The project consists of The Mount Washington, a 58,000 SF vacant managed care facility located on approximately 10 acres. The project will begin construction in September of 2023 and consist of 200 units comprised of 54 units with community and amenity space in the existing building and the ground up construction of 146 units across two new buildings on the property. The project will also include 2,000 SF of retail space, 4,000 SF of rental storage space and 275 parking spaces.
The unit mix will include studios, one and two bedroom units. All units will have modern finishes, in-unit laundry and individual HVAC. Common area amenities include: a pool and roof deck, club room, coworking space, health club and yoga studio, on site parking, private outdoor space, bike storage room, private storage, a dog park and washing station, coffee shop and grocery store.
